Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask that you provide a valid physical address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 5 to 9 business days depending on your location. Please be aware that deliveries to remote areas or international destinations may experience slightly longer transit times.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipping outside of the United States (Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. Innerfresh is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress via the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and free shipping timelines as one-time purchases. You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to our customer support team at support@try-innerfresh.com, and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package.
